We take pride in providing you with a quality product. Our candles are created and packaged with care.

To get the most of your candle at home, consider these tips:

• Trim the wick to ¼” tall before re-lighting your candle.
• It’s best not to burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Let your wax melt completely to the edge of the container for a full aroma.

 

30-day return policy

If your candle arrived damage, defective, or if you received an incorrect product, please email us at support@faithgranced.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will research the report and issue a refund or send a replacement product.
